| Cancellation charges for FIT bookings for hotels only for High Season: |
- 25 to 20 working days prior to arrival - no charge.
- Less than 20 days prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of Two room/night or according to the contract between the Tour operator and a hotel.
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of three room/nights or according to the contract between the Tour operator and a hotel, and 100% for any other services apart from accommodation.
- 7 days prior to arrival and No-Show – the penalty in amount of 100%.

- 60 to 45 working days prior to arrival - no charge.
- Less than 45 days prior to arrival and No-Show –the penalty in amount of 100%.

| Cancellation charges for FIT bookings for hotel only for Low Season: |
- 20 to 15 working days prior to arrival - no charge.
- 14 - 7 days prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of one room/night or according to the contract between the Tour operator and a hotel, and 100% for any other services apart from accommodation.
- Less than 7 days and no show prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of 100%.
